Unfortunately, the security of the Sidra app is low and users' accounts have been targeted by hackers for quite some time.
I kindly request that you take new measures regarding hacked accounts and enable two-factor authentication for withdrawals. Additionally, please implement 12-word codes and fingerprint for the wallet.
Furthermore, I urge you to expedite the KYC process. This is of utmost importance, best wishes. 🌹
