📄 An Open Letter to Youpeng Academy Partners

Dear partners of Youpeng,
From March 19, 2025, when we submitted our first report on the Equity Allocation Plan of Youpeng Business Academy to SIDRA HOLDING, until today, six months have passed.
Half a year may not be long, but for us at YOUTIAN, it has been a turbulent and unforgettable period of entrepreneurial time.
Like all entrepreneurial teams, we have also faced challenges:
About twenty members chose to leave; some tried to divide the group; some even attempted to damage the reputation of YOUTIAN.
Fortunately, more partners have chosen to stay firmly with me.
Thank you for your trust and protection! It is you who have allowed YOUTIAN to stand strong in the storm.
At the same time, new friends have joined. As of today, the shared membership of the Youpeng Foundation stands at 90.
Shared Responsibility and Governance
We also established the Youpeng Academy Council, with a structure of 10 + 1 = 11 members (the “1” refers to me, Huang Yi).

Through democratic decision-making, the Council resolved:
Each member contributes 6.1% of their individual equity to the Youpeng Foundation’s governance pool, to establish the YOUTIAN Talent Incentive Fund.
Beginning in 2025, the Council will hold an annual meeting to discuss equity dilution, donations, and allocations.
These measures are not about weakening equity, but about ensuring that outstanding talents can join;
not about division, but about keeping the team dynamic and active—with both stability and vitality.

Partners, “A Century of Youpeng” is not a slogan, but our mission to build a century-long enterprise.
The mission of Youpeng Business Academy is clear:
“To establish a global Agricultural Big Data & AI Research Center, contributing to sustainable agriculture worldwide.”
Every great building in history was built brick by brick.
