I noted with disappointment the incessant increase on token theft as experienced by many complainants. It seem some users' security details have been compromised and hacked.
Last week I successfully did my first ST to SDA conversion, but unfortunately someone is already monitoring my account with me; which gave him the ability to STEAL all my hard-earned coins!
I appeal and suggest that more verification should be incorporated at the withdrawal window in order to enhance security and stop unauthorized access to people's wealth.
It is possible to introduce a OTP method of verifying withdrawal even if it is using the registered email address of the user. This will hopefully go a long way in curbing the continuous problem of SDA theft.
