Subject: Request to Reset My Authentication (2FA)
Hello Sidra Support Team,
Please I need your help to reset my authentication (Google Authenticator / 2FA) on my account.
I was logged out of my account and I no longer have access to the device or Google Authenticator that was used before. Because of this, I am unable to log in to my account.
Kindly assist me to reset or disable the 2FA so that I can regain access to my account. I am ready to provide any required verification details to confirm ownership of the account.
