While we appreciate the update, we must express our concern regarding the delay in communication, as it took many weeks or even months to provide a response.
Transparency and timely communication are crucial in maintaining trust and confidence within the community. We understand the need for proper verification and completion of the KYC process , but it would have been beneficial to receive an initial acknowledgment or interim update during this period.
Moving forward, we kindly request that the Sidra team ”proactively” communicate significant developments or activities to the community in a more timely manner. This will help to avoid unnecessary speculation and concerns among miners.
In addition to the communication delay, there are a few other issues that we would like to address:
Community Engagement: We appreciate your commitment to unifying the representations of SIDRA coins and providing legitimate information within the Sidra ecosystem. However, we encourage you to foster stronger community engagement by actively seeking and addressing concerns, hosting regular AMAs (Ask Me Anything) or community feedback sessions, and providing avenues for direct interaction between the team and the community.
Transparency Measures: To enhance transparency, we suggest implementing a public audit process or regular reporting on coin movements, especially when significant amounts are involved. This will help to alleviate concerns and ensure the community is well-informed about the project's activities.
We emphasize the importance of maintaining transparent and accountable practices throughout the project's development. By addressing these concerns and implementing measures to improve communication and transparency, you will strengthen the trust and confidence of the Sidra community.
