    Open letter to His Excellency Dr Muhammad Aljafairi and his core team,we are pleased you and be patient with us for the tireless work you do day and night.
    But please, we beg you to look into the problems happening, such as the following:

    1. Your Highness, in October 2023 during the “Ama” we carried out, you yourself said that a person can open an account for their family members using one phone. But now, some people’s accounts have been opened, and KYC was done for them, yet they have passed away and are no longer alive. Now you are asking for their photos even though they are deceased.

    2. Some people opened Sidra accounts without having knowledge of technology, and some do not understand English at all. Others have very limited understanding of how Sidra works because of the frequent upgrades you make.

    3. Your Highness, regarding the issue of “attakasur” (contribution pools), many people contributed in Sidra. Many of them now have their accounts locked or deactivated. Know that people will stop contributing because of these problems. Also, there is no proper system regarding inheritance—if a person dies, there is no clear process for their heirs to claim the account or assets.

    4. Please, whenever you release an upgrade, provide clear explanations about the new features. We also face network problems because many people rely on 3G or 4G, especially when taking photos for verification.
      The photo capturing gives us serious difficulties—it can take over an hour without capturing. In the end, someone may have to use the photo of their relative. Or before they stand properly, the system captures a background or wind movement, even though some people do it intentionally.
