Actually, when it was not verified, at that time I connected another wallet with metamask means external wallet. Then, whichever wallet is recommended, the Sidra chain got deleted..after the KYC was verified, I swab the coins and they all got transferred to the external wallet. And it could not be sent to anyone and neither did it get connected with metamask again
The SDA in the external wallet can actually be transferred through MetaMask. Do you still have the seed phrase for your MetaMask wallet? If not, we can only hope that the team will reactivate the feature to send SDA from the external wallet through Sidra Wallet.

I had creat an external wallet in sidra account before acount verifying.but still acount has been verified but all coins have swapped in that external wallet and any coins not be selling to others
