I have been having issues with activities that require facial verification (mining and conversion of token).
Contacted customer service, and they where requesting for OTP, which I didn't send. How can I go about this issue please
Issue:
After facial verification, mining or conversion shows an error message, eg.failed to claim coins, failed to convert token.
Your help will go a long way please
