Ever since sidra intriduce liveness face check in order to claim coins, many of us facing problems...the previous method should be enough where we click the claim button and its done. Now sometimes its on the spot but most of rhe times eventhough you have clicked the CLAIM button and the camera is on and you pointed it directly to your face...a few second later its jump back to the claim button session despite the clearity of the camera and the surrounding area is good.
So please sidra team...look into the matter and dont make things harder for us.
