Pi network can't be traded yet on exchanges because it's still at it's testing phase on enclosed mainnet.
However there have been trading activities ongoing which is P2P trading with a pi buyer who trades pi coins and make payments in hard cash for pioneers.
This is currently the most reliable method for selling pi coins.
Contact a pi vendor and sell pi coins if interested.
