Reporting Hacked Accounts on Sidra Chain
To all Sidra Chain miners:
If your account has been hacked and your coins have been transferred, follow these steps to report the incident:
Step 1: Identify the Hacker's Wallet
1. Go to the wallet profile of the account where your coins were transferred.
2. Look for the flag icon in the top right corner of the profile page
Step 2: Report the Incident
1. Click on the flag icon to open the report page.
2. Select "Scam" from the report options.
3. Take a screenshot of the transaction made by the hacker on your account.
4. Upload the screenshot to the report.
5. Submit the report.
What Happens Next?
Once you've submitted your report with accurate details, the Sidra Core Team will review your case and assist in retrieving your stolen coins if your report is valid.
