I can't access sidrastart after changing my profile picture

I am fully verified with Kyc and I have already managed to invest in at least five projects on sidrastart. Since yesterday I tried to change my profile picture, I can no longer access my account with sidrastart. Every time I try to log in, it still sends me back to the login page. I verified my documents that I had submitted today, it is mentioned that my ID card has expired but I am still verified. I have just submitted a new up-to-date ID card. Is there anything else I need to do to be able to access sidrastart again? I need your help please.
