Today it's been 30 days since I swapped 750 coins from sidra token (ST) to sidra digital asset (SDA), but I haven't received a single SDA coin, there are no transaction records that appear in the sidra application, why is this happening, I have also tried to send an email to the sidra team, contact sidrachain's social media, but there has been no response at all from the sidra core team, I have lost 750 sidra coins from my mining from 2022, please help the sidra core team to immediately resolve the problem I am facing and return all my lost sidra coins, to all my friends in this forum, please help me to forward my report to the sidra core team, thank you

Not only you even me I swapped 574 and it's over 1 month nothing I received, always when it's time (24hrs) for claiming I'm expecting my coins back but up to now nothing I see. Please 🙏🙏🙏 Sidra coreteam this is so big problem that your community are facing when swapping please try and check on this issue.
