I have been mining Sidra tokens since 2022 and I had more than 1200 Sidra tokens. I swapped most of them into SDA and transferred them into my other wallet but last night I had 522 ST in my account and I claimed 2 more, then I put request for swapping to SDA for 34 ST but today Iam seeing that there are only 34 ST left in my account why this happened to my account? I have contributed more than 3 years in this platform but today almost 500 ST have been vanished from my account without any reason?

Please why are people's ST being slashed from their accounts. I have over 500 ST missing
I just lost more than 250 Sidra. I don't know how, but when I checked in today it showed 270, previously it was 538. It's also taking a lot of time sometimes more than 5 minutes for face recognition. Please advise: twnmultitrade@gmail.com

However, after waiting the expected period, the converted Sidra Coins have not yet reflected in my wallet.
