Hi Support team,
I have been mining Sidra tokens since 2022 and I had more than 1200 Sidra tokens. I swapped most of them into SDA and transferred them into my other wallet but last night I had 522 ST in my account and I claimed 2 more, then I put request for swapping to SDA for 34 ST but today Iam seeing that there are only 34 ST left in my account why this happened to my account? I have contributed more than 3 years in this platform but today almost 500 ST have been vanished from my account without any reason? -

I swapped most of them into SDA and transferred them into my other wallet but last night I had 144 ST in my account and I claimed 2 more, then I put request for swapping to SDA for 34 ST but today Iam seeing that there are only 34 ST left in my account why this happened to my account? I have contributed more than 3 years in this platform but today almost 114 ST have been vanished from my account without any reason? -
Please why are people's ST being slashed from their accounts. I have over 500 ST missing

I just lost more than 250 Sidra. I don't know how, but when I checked in today it showed 270, previously it was 538. It's also taking a lot of time sometimes more than 5 minutes for face recognition. Please advise: twnmultitrade@gmail.com

I am writing to inquire about a recent conversion I performed on my account.
Approximately 24 hours ago, I initiated the conversion of my accumulated Sidra Points to Sidra Coins. I can confirm that the corresponding number of points was successfully deducted from my balance.
However, after waiting the expected period, the converted Sidra Coins have not yet reflected in my wallet.
