    Hello Sidra Support,

    My KYB application for ANADARIYA GLOBAL CONNECT has been showing the status “In Review” since 23/08/2025 and has not updated. I also attempted to use the Sidra support portal (support.sidrachain.com), but it returned an “error generating ticket.”

    Please advise on how I can escalate or get an update on my application status.
    If required, I can provide my application ID via private message for verification.
