Sidra team I would like to draw your attention to the ongoing issues applicants are facing during your KYB verification process. The system you're using to review Certificate of Incorporation and Business License documents appears to be deeply flawed.
Valid and authentic documents are being rejected over minor issues such as slight blurriness, small formatting inconsistencies, or date mismatches
even when the core information is accurate and complete. This clearly suggests that an automated system (AI) is handling these reviews, not actual human reviewers, and it is causing unnecessary hardship for genuine applicants.
We are urging you to review and upgrade your verification system/server. Introduce proper human oversight or adjust the strictness of your criteria. As it stands, many honest applicants are being unfairly denied due to issues caused by the system
not by the documents themselves.
Please take this matter seriously. People are applying in good faith, and your system should support them not block them over insignificant technicalities
