I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delay in the approval of my KYB (Know Your Business) verification on the SidraChain platform.
I submitted all the required business documents and completed the KYB process on 22/5/2025, but up to this moment, I have not received any response, update, or approval from your end.
This delay is causing a serious setback to my participation in the business side of your platform.
