I will like to escalate a complain to the Sidra KYB team. My applications have been rejected many times even though all the documentations required are intact. Some of the feedback I kept getting were that my documents are in the future (October 2024) - How is October 2024 a future date?

The same with me, they keep rejecting my KYB application for that future date error, 30 May 2025 isn't in a future.
