We are extremely disappointed with how our KYB application has been handled.
You invited us to apply, promising that our company would be assessed for approval. We submitted all required documents over a month ago, yet our status remains “In Review” with no feedback or response.
Meanwhile, we have seen other companies approved in a much shorter time, despite applying after us. This raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in your approval process.
We are one of the early companies that showed interest in collaborating with SidraChain to serve users in Nigeria. Unfortunately, this delay without justification is damaging our operational plans and credibility.
We demand a clear explanation and urgent action on our KYB request. We are ready to comply with all requirements, but we reject being ignored or sidelined without reason.
We still respect your vision and wish to work together, but we expect to be treated with fairness and professionalism.
