I am writing to request a review and reopening of my KYB verification for SAJMUN COMPUTER SERVICES LTD (RC 8924658), which was previously blocked at Stage 1 due to a document mismatch.
I now understand that the initial bank statement I uploaded was from my personal OPay account, which was created before the company’s incorporation. I sincerely apologize for that oversight.
I have since opened a corporate bank account in the company’s name and gathered all the correct and authentic CAC documents (Certificate of Incorporation, MEMART, and TIN). I am ready to re-upload them for proper verification.
Kindly assist in reopening or resetting my KYB profile so that I can proceed with resubmission.
