lost Sidra when swapping

i lost sda when i swapping. this is twice. please solve this problem. i know a lot of people have the same to me.
they lost alot of st.

I'm not happy with Sidra after verified me. I make swapped of 574 Sidra token last pass 3 weeks but nothing I received in my wallet and they removed the 574 in my total balance. This is not fair at all. I need help I suffer for 9 month to get that 574 my username please check on me
