Losting SDA TOKENS

As-salamu alaykum. I have noticed on several occasions that my Sidra Tokens are disappearing. I don't know what's happening. The same when I try to exchange Token in SDA, the first answer is that I have to wait one more day, the second day it already says that I have to wait 7 days. The exchange fails. Tokens are lost and the SDA balance does not increase. What's happening???

This behind the bar withdrawal is just too common, and I never know what the Sidra management is doing to correct the wrong.
Or should we all the victims keep looking, hoping that the management will return our lost coin? I healthily believe that there are transaction record that will showcase facts about what is happening.
