missing my sidra

I lost the sidra that I mined when I tried to exit and re-enter my sidra was lost, previously there were 680 sidra now there are only 18 sidra, the sidra that I swapped is still intact

Same problem with me 663STs gone

Please help me resolve this issue, I was having 478 sidra token(fan token) but just two days ago after I logged in my account 400 has disappeared. Please look into this and restore my sidra.
