missing some coins while investing or transferring to external wallet

good morning, I have an issue of loosing some of my SDA coins, I sent 70 ADA to invest in global logistics but only 20 SDA landed.
I also send my SDA to a new metamask wallet but everytime I send the SDA I will not receive the exact amount that I sent, some amount will be missing, please I need help
