    Dear technology support team.

    🤚More than 20 days, user id account is: 7b46f13d-2867-4dd2-acaa-7e75f85b5a7c cannot login to claim token. We were changing pass/ setting and 2fa (authorisation google) but It was not logging also. Please support us what is happening with this account id. He is also already summited document for kyc and it is still pending approval yet!

    🤚My son id account: d2569054-61fc-47ed-85b3-249425ededf7 it was wrong the date of birth. The correct is 28/8/2006 match with his ID card. And in the document submitted was 2/8/2006 . How can we fix it? Please support us.
