My mom's and sister's KYC problem.

Please Sidra, my mom and sister are currently having issues with the KYC process. Their usernames are @udoeyopbekisu and @abasienyenewalter. They've uploaded their documents but the page is still asking them to upload the front page of their documents and they've done the KYC for more than 5 months now. Please look into this issue for them. Thanks.
