MY MOTHER'S ACCOUNT WAS WRONGLY DEACTIVATED

    Dear Sidra Support Team,

    My mother's sidra account was recently deactivated on 11/12/2025 after she have successfully completed her KYC. I believe this was done in error, and I kindly request a review of this decision please 🙏.

    Her account email is: gracejonathan740@gmail.com

    She has always adhered to the platform's terms of service and would be grateful if you could investigate and reactivate her account. I will provide you with any information to backup her cliams.
