Dear Support Team,
I'm experiencing a critical issue with receiving OTPs on my Microsoft email account (and other Microsoft accounts I've tried) for Sidra Chain. Despite trying multiple accounts, I haven't received OTPs for over a week. I'm concerned that this issue hasn't been acknowledged or addressed by the support team yet.
Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I rely on Sidra Chain for important transactions, and this delay is causing significant inconvenience.
