PENDING KYC

Hi Dear KYCPORT Team..!
I beg to say that my Younger Brother Sidra Chain account with this username (@sherazanjum) is still in pending for kyc verification since 4 months.
He submitted all clear documents when I submitted my documents. My KYC is approved but his KYC is still pending. He is very eager to see his sidra chain with green tick. And also he is regular on sidra app.
