    Dear Sidra Support Team,

    I am facing a recurring issue with my Sidra account (Mustafa Ali). I have mined and swapped Sidra tokens twice, but both times, the tokens did not reflect in my wallet. Despite checking thoroughly, the issue remains unresolved.

    Please investigate this matter and provide a solution at the earliest. If any additional information or screenshots are required, kindly let me know.
