Scammer in Sidra pioneer

One of the Sidra pioneer decided to be a scammer stealing other Sidra pioneer token under the agreement to buy from the but failed to pay them after sending there Sidra token to him. Kindly look into the issues.
I think such pioneer should be punished severely. Retrieve the stolen tokens to the right pioneer.
Am one of us victim.
