SDA and ST Disappear

My 89 SDA and 250 ST is transferred to these wallet address 0x610645497f4FC9eF9D4a836b5Bd8792953C2f0ca. without my consent and approval please help me restore and verify the issue. And please help us decipline or remove these person with the above wallet address from sidra, i suspect him or her to be a thive scammer and a hacker. The tranfer was made 2/6/2025.
