Sending SDA tokens from External Wallet

Hello everyone,

I’m encountering a problem with my account and hope someone can help. My account is KYC verified and linked to my MetaMask wallet. I recently converted tokens from ST to SDA, but when I try to send the SDA tokens, I get the error message: You cannot send SDA from an external wallet.

Additionally, the SDA tokens do not appear in my external wallet address on the Sidra chain explorer.

Can anyone guide me on how to access the SDA tokens in my external wallet? Is it possible to transfer the tokens back to my internal wallet and then send them? If so, could someone provide the steps to do this?

Thank you for the detailed response. I also had to add Chain ID as 97453 along with RPC URL with which it worked in Metamask.
I made a transaction through Metamask now and it was sent successfully.

Thank you, sir. My account was tied to my wallet a long time ago. I checked the network, RPC and ID, is correct. MetaMask transfer is OK, but I login in sidra web version transfer shows no available wallet, how to solve?

I have issue some issue in sidra Chain...I was create meta mask wallet linked with Sidra Chain. Unfortunitly i have loss my meta mask passphrase and private key... now I have create sidra wallet how can transfer my token to sidra wallet?
