    To the Sidra Club Management,

    I am writing to kindly request clarification regarding an issue I have noticed with my profile. I have seen that my profile has been added to your system, yet my KYB status still shows as approved.

    I would like to understand why this happened and what it implies. Is this part of the normal procedure, or is there something I might need to correct or pay attention to? Additionally, I would like to know when I will be officially added to the Sidra Club system so that the validation process can begin.

    When I try to log into the KYC system, I find that I am not yet approved to begin working, even though I have submitted my application as required. Please clarify if there is anything I was supposed to do that I may have missed.
