Sidra coins and metamask

I have been mining sidra for long, pass my KYC and connect it with my metamask wallet, thereafter I come to lost my phone after getting new phone I download new apps (ie Sidra and metamask) I use my correct pass phrase unfortunately I couldn't see my Sidra coins in the wallet however I just see my sidra coins in the Sidra app but restricted.
What can I do now in order to get my Sidra coins?
