I am reaching out regarding an issue with my account that was inaccessible from November 4th to November 7th due to a technical glitch. When the issue was resolved and I was able to access my account on November 7th . However, I noticed that 18.41 Sidra tokens were missing, with a transaction recorded on 6th November that I did not authorize.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and recovering the tokens. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
