I applied for a KYB verification, it was rejected for like 8 times, even when my documents are complete and authentic, to my surprise the last application does not show rejected it shows blocked, and I received an email saying the application was rejected at stage 3, which all other previous rejection is at stage one, I went back to sidraclubs.com to initiate another KYB application, after submitting I got a reply that I already a pending application, and my recent application is showing blocked, has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do? Or is it that I can’t apply anymore?
