I don't know if anyone has been having this issues. To claim you need face verification same with swapping. When I do my face verification to claim my daily tokens it works perfectly, and immediately I move to swap, but the face verification rejects it saying my face is not same. I don't get it. Its the same face, no changes, how can claiming verification work, and swapping say it's not my face. Its the same face I've always used. My previous swaps never had issue, I notice this issue started in December of 2025 till date. The Sidra Core and Tech team needs to work on this issues. It won't be fair to have my account blocked due to a system error.
