sidrams are missing.

    Attention.  Attention.   This is a huge problem for me.
    Hello, I am Ramazan Bülent from Burma. I have a question that I could not get an answer to.   Since we switched to the new system, exactly 695 sidrams are missing.   Kyc verification is ok.
     Swap transactions are completed.
     But it's still missing.  The date I started engraving is 10.2022. In the new system, the date I started engraving is shown as 11.2023.   I see them all on the home page, but unfortunately I cannot see them in the wallet.   Does anyone have any information on what might cause this?
