🌟 SidraStart Tokenomics and Project Launch Framework 🌟

We're pleased to provide a detailed update on the tokenomics for startup projects within the SidraStart ecosystem. This update includes important guidelines on using Sidra Digital Assets (SDAs), contribution timelines, and equity distribution rules.

    Understanding Tokenomics

    Internal Use of SDAs

All contributions within the SidraStart ecosystem are to be made using Sidra Digital Assets (SDAs). These assets are designed for internal use to ensure secure and streamlined transactions within our platform.

    Project Contributions and Listing

Once a project is successfully onboarded and launched on SidraStart, contributors can start investing with SDAs. Following this, the project tokens will be listed on our Dex, providing liquidity and trading opportunities for participants.

    KYC and SDA Contributions

It’s crucial to note that only KYC-verified wallets linked to user profiles on SidraStart are eligible for the 16.5% shared equity in projects. Contributions from external wallets not registered with KYC will not be counted towards equity distribution.

    Project Launch Timeline

Each project will have a 60-day launch period during which users can join and start contributing. This window is designed to give sufficient time for project promotion and initial development phases.

    Equity Distribution and Contributions

    Examples of Contributions:

    • Indonesia: Accountant contributing expertise in financial compliance.
    • India: Programmer providing software development skills for platform integration.
    • Italy: Legal expert ensuring project compliance with international and local laws.
    • Nigeria: Marketing specialist focusing on user acquisition and engagement strategies.

    Roles and Equity:

Contributors from various roles and countries enrich the project's global appeal and operational efficiency. By bringing diverse skills and perspectives, each team member enhances the project's potential for success and equity distribution.

    Guidelines for Success

    1. Contributions: Invest SDAs into projects that align with your interests and expertise. These contributions are critical in providing the necessary capital and resources for project development.
    2. KYC Compliance: Ensure your SidraStart account and wallet are KYC verified to participate in equity distribution.
    3. Active Participation: Engage actively during the 60-day launch period to maximize your impact and stake in the project.

    Future Vision and Hackathon Criteria

Our aim is to support over 10,000 startups by 2030, prioritizing projects that help build our startup ecosystem. Winning projects from our hackathons will be prominently listed on Sidra Dex.

    Winning Criteria:

    • Profitable and Ethical Business Models: Projects must be both financially viable and adhere to Halal standards.
    • Diverse Teams: Projects with team members from multiple countries will have a better chance of success.
    • Startup Ecosystem Support: Projects that offer services to other startups are highly favored.

    Note

These conditions and guidelines are subject to change based on experience and feedback from our community. We aim to adapt and refine our processes to best support the growth and success of the projects within our ecosystem.
