It's been over a week and I haven't received any support feedback of any kind despite repeatingly contacting them. Now the contact support icon has been noticably REMOVED. IS THIS SITE AFFILIATED TO THE OFFICIAL SIDRA CHAIN OR ITS A FRADULENT POSER?
