Subject: Clarification Regarding Document Dates – CAC 8644105

Dear Sidra Core Team,

I am writing on behalf of Giade Multipurpose Nigeria Limited regarding the recent rejection of our application due to "future-dated" documents.

We respectfully wish to clarify that all the submitted documents, including the CAC Certificate (dated 30th July 2025), the NIN slip (issued 3rd August 2025), and the Moniepoint bank statement (showing transactions up to 23rd August 2025), were genuinely issued on their respective dates. Today being 23rd August 2025, none of the documents were dated beyond the current date.

We suspect there might have been a misreading of the dates by the system or an automated filter flagging these as "future" dates. Kindly assist in reviewing our documents again manually for proper verification.
