Swap delay ( More than 24 hours)

So I initiated a token swap about two days ago. But the swap is still ongoing. It has been more than 24 hours. Has anyone else experienced the same issue please discuss

Well no the swap got cancelled automatically. But now there is a new issues tokens are not getting claimed after face verification.
