I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the swap feature, which appears to be affecting not only my account but many other users as well.
Each time I attempt to perform a swap, I receive the message “Swap Rejected: Face Verification Failed.” I would like to clearly state that I am the original account owner and the same person who completed the KYC verification. The face being used during verification is mine, yet the system repeatedly treats it as if it does not belong to the verified account holder.
From community discussions and user feedback, it seems that a significant number of users are currently facing this same issue, which suggests this may be a system-related or technical problem rather than user error.
I respectfully request that your technical team review this matter and provide a fix or guidance, as repeated failed attempts could unfairly put user accounts at risk of suspension.
