Swap to SDA Not Processing – ST Still in Wallet

Hello SidraChain Team,

I am experiencing an issue when swapping my ST to SDA. This is the second time it has happened. After I confirm the swap, I immediately get a message saying I can swap again in 7 days, but:

My ST balance remains unchanged (no deduction)

No SDA is credited to my wallet

The swap appears as if it’s complete, but nothing actually happens

Please investigate and let me know how to resolve this issue. I have attached screenshots for your reference.
