Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakaatuh SIDRA CORE TEAM.
its with a serious dismay I wish to forward my complaint to you this the third week that I am trying to swapp my SDA Token and its failing. and Wallahi wallahi I am the only person using my account from my KYC up till now, I never used a different face to claim or swapp my token. But now its very unfortunate 3 weeks now its not swapping.
Please kindly treat my issue.
