Swapping Issues Despite Being Verified

I got verified about four days ago and I swapped my Coins but it has not swapped since then.It had been showing Processing for over 96 hours

Why all this things happening?.
If you can put things in measure, you may realize that Sidra Blockchain can not spend 1 week without having problems.
