I got verified about four days ago and I swapped my Coins but it has not swapped since then.It had been showing Processing for over 96 hours

It happened about 3 days ago, up to now it still on processing.Why all this things happening?.
If you can put things in measure, you may realize that Sidra Blockchain can not spend 1 week without having problems.
Is always been in problems.
