I'm having problem with my Sidra account whenever I tried to swap from the account is always failed, though I'm the one that done my kyc the system claim's that the kyc has not been done by a same person with the one tried to swap.
I hope my application will be considered thank you

Hello good day, I have same issue here when ever I tried swapping it keep on saying failed, the system keep saying am not the owner of the account which is not true please rectify this problem for me thanks
